Exchanges & Returns

Items are eligible for exchange only in case the product has reached you damaged, or you have received a wrong product, even during sales. Please drop us an email with a order opening video and picture of the shipment at contact@aagara.com or on  +91 9599337796 within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will get back to you with a solution. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer. For any shipping related concerns please write to us immediately so we may trace any delayed shipments. 

We do not offer any returns on our products.

Please read item descriptions carefully and note dimensions and materials of products. If you are still unsure, please feel free to get in touch with us about any queries. We do request you to keep in mind that most of these pieces are handcrafted, so slight variations in colours and textures are inevitable and aren’t flaws. 


Refunds

In the case of non availability of an ordered item or one that is eligible for refund,  refund will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within 10 working days.

 

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
